South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank Limited (SBAC) is a private commercial bank headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.1 It incorporated in 2013 as a banking company under Companies Act, 1994 and is regulated under the Banking Companies Act, 1991.2 The bank has network of 85 branches and 24 sub-branches around the country.3

History

South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank Limited started its operation since April 28, 2013 obtaining license from Bangladesh Bank.4

Management

SBAC has a board of 18 members headed by Abdul Kadir Molla56 as chairman. Al-Haj Mizanur Rahman7 acts as vice-chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Habibur Rahaman has been working as Managing Director and CEO (Acting) of the banks.8
